Terms of Service

Welcome to Luvia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Solid Grove Pte. Ltd. ("Luvia," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of all services provided by Luvia, including our website, mobile applications, onboarding quiz, and related technologies or communications (collectively, the "Services").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Luvia is a focus and screen-time companion for iPhone. It helps you schedule focus sessions and block distracting apps of your choice using Apple's Screen Time framework, and provides related insights, streaks, and reports.

3. How It Works

When you sign up, you may answer questions that help us personalize your focus plan. Luvia is a self-improvement tool: results depend on your own use and circumstances. Luvia does not guarantee any specific reduction in screen time or any specific productivity, health, or wellbeing outcome.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Parts of the Services require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and any trial terms are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the app, your account settings, or by emailing hello@getluvia.info; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the Services, or use them to build a competing product.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@getluvia.info if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Not Medical Advice

The Services provide general self-improvement tools and information. They are not medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about compulsive device use or your mental health, consult a qualified professional.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Services
• Reverse engineer or copy platform logic
• Use bots or scrapers to access the Services
• Harass or abuse Luvia staff

9. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on and may link to third-party services, including Apple's Screen Time framework and the App Store. We do not control third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, characters, and trademarks associated with Luvia are the exclusive property of Solid Grove Pte. Ltd.. You may not reproduce or modify any portion without written consent.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or that app blocking will prevent all access to distracting apps in every circumstance. Use is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
